Web$hell: A Unified Interface for Agentic Web Access
Web$hell turns webpages into persistent objects that agents can search, act on, and revisit through one interface.
The paper argues that current web-access setups split the job between search, browser control, and filesystem-style evidence handling. Its proposed stack uses WebContract as a shared schema, WebCompiler to convert live pages into addressable information and action objects, and WebCache to keep them available across a task. The authors report strong results across search, navigation, and deep research benchmarks, with lower cost than competing access models. The submission is marked as a work in progress.
