Linux users now have a native ChatGPT desktop preview with Codex included.
OpenAI says the app supports ChatGPT, ChatGPT Work, Codex, projects, and browser workflows on supported Linux systems. The preview is available for Ubuntu 24.04 LTS and 26.04 LTS, Debian 13, and Fedora 43 and 44, with `.deb` and `.rpm` packages for x64 and ARM64.
