DianShi-RxnDB: A Large-Scale, Fine-Grained Organic Reaction Data Platform Built via a Fully Automated Pipeline for Researchers and AI Agents
The platform turns patent text and reaction schemes into about 24 million structured organic reaction records.
DianShi-RxnDB covers USPTO and EPO organic synthesis patents published from 1976 to 2025. About 14.8 million records passed automated qualification checks, with each single-step experiment carrying participants, quantities, conditions, yields, procedures, and patent provenance. A 1,300-record manual sample found 92.95% micro-averaged field-level accuracy. The authors say it also offers a web workbench and an MCP service for AI-agent retrieval. HF Daily Papers' note
