Its new Roleplay Sessions product lets workers rehearse sales calls, reviews, complaints, and other difficult conversations with an AI avatar. The avatar responds in real time and grades performance against a rubric. Synthesia says the product is part of a broader Sessions platform, with job interviews and candidate screening planned. Early customers include large European, Fortune 100, and recruitment companies, according to the company.
