OpenAI’s new voice mode makes it to the ChatGPT desktop app
ChatGPT Voice now lets desktop users direct multi-step work across apps and agents by speaking.
OpenAI said the feature is rolling out globally in the ChatGPT desktop app, powered by its ChatGPT-Live voice models. It works with ChatGPT Work and Codex, and can use computer skills to look up websites and apps. On macOS, Appshots can give it access to what is on screen, including alt-text.
