Microsoft is adding about $2 billion in new Gulf spending on top of its previously announced UAE buildout.
The company says its commitments across Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, and the UAE will exceed $10 billion through 2030. That total includes the $7.9 billion UAE investment Microsoft announced last year.
