Claude adds Personal Finance with read-only bank access
Claude can flag duplicate charges, rising bills and payments due before payday, but cannot move or invest money.
The Personal Finance beta is rolling out this week to Pro, Max and Ultra subscribers in the US. Users connect accounts through Plaid, granting access to balances and up to two years of transactions without exposing their bank passwords to Claude. Conversations inside the hub are not used to train Anthropic’s models. Anthropic warns that Claude can make mistakes and says users should verify important figures with their bank.
