Anthropic is adding an enterprise privacy tier meant to satisfy customers who objected to how data could be reviewed or retained.
The new Enterprise Frontier Safeguards give business customers controls over how their data is reviewed, stored, and managed. Anthropic says the safeguards provide “complete privacy,” comparable to zero data retention, while still allowing protections against adversarial use. The rollout starts in phases this fall.
