Ema raises $77M as AI starts eating into enterprise software and services
Ema says its AI “employees” are already replacing pieces of SaaS and services work inside large companies.
The Series B was all primary equity, led by Creaegis, and brings total funding to $140 million. Ema says it now has more than 50 active enterprise deals, over 1 million active enterprise users, and bookings above $150 million, though it would not disclose annualized revenue. Its pitch is that agent teams can wrap around existing HR, IT, and finance systems first, then reduce dependence on some of them. Chatterjee says the company prices by completed tasks and business outcomes, not seats or tokens. TechCrunch AI's note
