Glow emerges from stealth at $1.2B valuation to challenge endpoint security in the AI era

· TechCrunch AI ·
Glow is selling prevention for AI-era endpoint risk before disclosing its revenue.

The startup raised a $180 million all-equity Series A at a $1.2 billion valuation, backed by Sequoia, Cyberstarts, Greenoaks, Redpoint, and others. Founded in 2025 by former Meta, Snowflake, and Claroty executives, Glow says its platform monitors and controls software, AI agents, and developer tools on employee devices. It claims paying customers in healthcare, retail, and financial services, but did not name them or give counts. Glow says its system has blocked malicious npm packages, flagged AI agents trying to pull them in, and found devices where endpoint detection tools were missing or weakened. TechCrunch AI's note
