FLUX 3 Image
Black Forest Labs is pitching image generation as a layout-first workflow: draw boxes, describe each element, then edit those regions one at a time.
The page says FLUX 3 Image understands bounding boxes on a 0-to-1000 canvas and keeps drawn boxes unchanged through prompt expansion. It can generate from a global caption plus an element table, or let an agent plan that table from a short prompt and aspect ratio. The same box structure is used for targeted edits, with untouched parts meant to stay fixed. BFL says the model renders at native 4K and is available under a commercial weights license for companies running image generation at scale. HN · Frontpage AI's note
