OpenAI launches ChatGPT for Financial Services
OpenAI is packaging ChatGPT Work with licensed financial datasets and GPT-6 Astra for bank research, models, and client materials.
The product is available to eligible financial institutions through OpenAI sales or account teams. OpenAI says Morgan Stanley and Evercore helped shape it around investment banking and equity research needs, especially reliable data access and artifact creation. Built-in data sources include Daloopa, PitchBook, LSEG News, and Crunchbase, with entitlement integrations planned for firms that already license other providers.
