Nvidia to acquire Hugging Face
Nvidia is paying $12.9 billion for Hugging Face and says the platform will stay open.
The deal is Nvidia’s second-largest acquisition, behind its $20 billion Groq asset purchase last year. Jensen Huang said Nvidia will scale Hugging Face’s platform and infrastructure while keeping it available to the broader AI ecosystem.
