Google launches Sheets canvas for Gemini mini-apps
Gemini can now turn a live Google Sheet into an editable mini-app tab.
Sheets canvas builds an interactive view from existing spreadsheet data after a natural-language prompt in the Ask Gemini side panel. Changes made in the canvas and the underlying sheet sync both ways in real time. Google gives examples including study trackers, fantasy football dashboards, and wedding seating charts.
