Relevance Does Not Imply Applicability: Experience Activation for Personal GUI Agents
ExpActivator tries to use past GUI behavior only when the current screen or timing makes that history actionable.
The paper says retrieved history helps personal GUI agents most at the first step, then adds little across the rest of an episode. Its proposed framework matches current screens to prior states in the GUI model’s latent space and uses the corresponding past action as a reference. For proactive routines, it activates an intent only when the present time and scenario support it, otherwise abstaining.
