Wonderful’s new round prices the startup at $5 billion after a $550 million Series C.
Insight Partners led the round again, with Salesforce joining as a new investor. Wonderful says it now works in more than 35 countries after starting with customer service AI agents for non-English-speaking markets. The company says its newer “Wonderful AI OS” connects agents, workflows, AI apps, and company data across existing tech stacks.
