Okta buys AI security startup Permiso; source says for about $200M
Okta is paying just under $200 million for Permiso, according to TechCrunch’s source.
The company did not disclose terms, but TechCrunch says the deal is structured as almost all cash. Okta said the acquisition is expected to close in the third quarter of its fiscal 2027.
