Meta Muse Glimmer – open weights 30B local coding model
Meta is releasing Muse Glimmer’s 30B open weights under Apache 2.0 for local agent and coding workflows.
The model is designed to run on a Mac or PC with a single consumer GPU, with quantized weights brought under 20 GB. Meta says it supports tool use, long-horizon reasoning, failure recovery, multimodal input, and coding benchmarks including SWE-Bench.
