Dili raises $21.7 million to bring AI compliance to the infrastructure boom

· TechCrunch AI ·
Dili says its compliance software is already running on about 700 infrastructure projects.

The company raised a $15 million Series A led by Khosla Ventures, bringing total funding to $21.7 million. Its product targets construction compliance rules tied to federally funded projects, including Davis-Bacon, IRA wage and apprenticeship rules, OSHA, and EPA requirements. Dili uses AI to turn documents and payroll or ERP data into structured inputs, then applies deterministic rules to avoid LLM fuzziness in compliance decisions. Chaturvedi says customers are split between using the software in-house and outsourcing the full compliance process to Dili. TechCrunch AI's note
