Verda (Finland) raises $189M in Series B
The Series B is being pitched as capacity money: more data centers, faster provisioning, and deeper platform work for AI workloads.
Verda says the round brings total funding to more than $450 million across equity and debt. The company reports a $165 million annualized revenue run rate as of July 2026 and customers in more than 50 countries. It says the funding will expand data center capacity in Europe, the UK, the US and Asia, with more than 250 MW of operations planned in 2027.
