Monday.com lays off hundreds to focus on AI
Monday.com is cutting about 20% of its workforce as it shifts spending toward its AI Work Platform.
The reduction amounts to about 630 employees under a restructuring plan. Monday.com says the move is meant to support a leaner operating model centered on AI projects. Its AI Work Platform includes a no-code app builder, customizable AI agent, workflow automation, and a chatbot for tasks such as reports and dashboard updates. The company expects $45 million to $55 million in restructuring charges. TechCrunch AI's note
