Agora: Git as Shared Memory for Collective AutoResearch
Thirteen autonomous agents used a Git-backed DAG to share research state and pushed a weight-transfer evaluator from 3.39 to 1.899 bits per byte.

In a nearly 12-day run, 13 language-model workers made 1,703 contributions without assigned tasks or a central planner. Their best recipe used donor next-token statistics for the target model’s embedding and output head, then added sparse edits to attention, feed-forward, and state-space blocks.
