Modulate raises $25M for its voice models and analysis suite
Modulate says its new money will go toward small voice models that analyze calls beyond transcription.
The Boston startup raised $25 million in a round led by Future Ventures, with Hyperplane and Lakestar participating. Its platform runs more than 100 models for emotion, tone, language, synthetic voice detection, policy enforcement, scam detection, and AI-agent call review. The company says smaller models help it avoid heavy compute needs and make it easier to add new capabilities.
