Paint-Anything: Unified Any-Color Control for Image Generation and Editing
The paper claims hex-code color control can be shared across both image generation and editing.
Paint-Anything trains a shared hex-prompt interface using object-level color supervision. Its Paint-500K pipeline builds examples from real images, then adds pure-color anchors to handle the mismatch caused by shadows and lighting. The authors test it with Any Color Benchmark for text-to-image and editing color fidelity. On FLUX.2-4B, they report ACBench gains of 85.3% for generation and 28.3% for editing over the base model.
