OpenAI gives Codex reusable cloud environments that work across devices

Codex’s cloud workspaces are becoming persistent team infrastructure, not one-off sandboxes.

OpenAI says developers can reuse configurable cloud development environments from a computer, phone, or cloud session. The aim is faster task starts and shared team settings with approved permissions.
