HiddenLayer nabs $100M as enterprises rush to secure their AI deployments

· TechCrunch AI ·
HiddenLayer says its revenue grew more than 10x in a year as AI runtime security moved from hypothetical to budgeted.

The Austin startup raised a $100 million Series B led by Delta-v Capital, with Microsoft’s M12, Morgan Stanley, Ten Eleven Ventures, Booz Allen Hamilton and others participating. CEO Chris Sestito told TechCrunch AI that ARR is now in the “tens of millions,” with most growth coming from new customers. HiddenLayer is extending its model-security products into prompt injection, agent manipulation, malicious tool use and open-source model scanning. The company plans to use the money for sales, distribution, engineering, research and expansion into Europe and EMEA. TechCrunch AI's note
