Nscale is adding IPO experience and big-platform operating depth to its board.
Fidji Simo, formerly OpenAI’s No. 2 executive for AGI deployment, has joined the U.K.-based AI data center startup’s board. She left OpenAI in July for health reasons but still advises the company part time. Nscale is expected to pursue an IPO this fall and is reportedly seeking to raise up to $3.5 billion beforehand.
