Google’s Gemini Spark can now manage your Google Photos library

· TechCrunch AI ·
Gemini Spark is getting direct control over Google Photos tasks for some paid U.S. users.

The agent can edit images, curate albums, create shared albums, turn flyer photos into calendar appointments, and run related workflows. Google Photos lead Shimrit Ben-Yar said the rollout will happen over the next few weeks for eligible Gemini AI Pro and Ultra subscribers in the U.S. in English. Google did not say when it might expand internationally. To use it, users have to connect Google Photos to Gemini, toggle on Spark in the Gemini app, and enter a prompt. TechCrunch AI's note
