Adobe acquires Indian market intelligence startup Rilo
Adobe is buying Rilo’s team and IP, while the startup itself will shut down.
The deal is a licensing and team acquisition, with terms undisclosed. TechCrunch says Adobe will integrate some of Rilo’s technology and its six-person team, and investors are expected to get an exit. Rilo built workflow tools for go-to-market teams, including competitor intelligence, content repurposing, distribution, and sales call analysis. Its product will no longer be available to customers after the acquisition. TechCrunch AI's note
