Honeycomb: Constant-Size Scene Memory Representation for Video World Models
Honeycomb stores scene memory at a fixed size while long video generations expand in space or time.
The paper introduces HexMemory, a six-plane low-rank representation for scene features. New generated chunks are written into the memory without reprocessing the full history or optimizing per scene. When coverage grows, the old planes are warped but kept at the same dimensions, then fused with new features. The authors report strong generation quality and revisit consistency on WorldScore and RealEstate10K. HF Daily Papers' note
