Repo0: Design-Driven Zero-to-All Code Generation

· HF Daily Papers ·
Repo0 treats repository architecture as something the agent keeps revising before it writes the full codebase.

The paper targets “zero-to-all” generation, where an agent builds an entire project from natural-language requirements without a predefined repo structure. Repo0 tracks requirements, components, and their alignment in a Dual-DAG, then evolves component boundaries using modularity metrics until the structure converges. The authors say that converged architecture then guides test-driven code generation. On six RepoCraft repositories, they report higher Functionality Coverage and Pass Rate than baselines, including gains over RPG of up to 20.08 and 29.74 percentage points respectively.
