DeepMind says AlphaGenome Atlas precomputes the predicted impact of all 9 billion single-letter variants in human DNA.

The database is built from AlphaGenome and totals about 1 petabyte of variant-effect predictions. It introduces an AlphaGenome Variant Impact score meant to help researchers prioritize coding and non-coding mutations without manually sorting through large prediction sets.
