Encore is betting that mined customer conversations can become the operating manual for enterprise AI agents.
The company raised a $30 million Series A led by Team8 after rebranding from Insait IO. Its platform studies calls, emails, texts, and CRM data to identify which sales or support tactics worked, then trains voice and text agents on those patterns.
