Vellum Mobile brings Voice Mode and Mac control to iOS
Vellum’s phone app can now run voice sessions and control a paired Mac from iOS or Android.
The mobile release brings feature parity with Vellum’s desktop and web clients, including cloud or self-hosted assistants. Voice Mode can start from Siri, the Action Button, Control Center, or a shortcut, with Live Activities used to monitor work and approve sensitive actions. Users can turn on the camera during a call so the assistant can respond to what it sees in real time. When a Mac is awake and running the desktop app, the phone assistant can edit files, move files, run shell commands, and operate apps or the browser. TestingCatalog's note
